Velixco does not store your full payment credentials on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the details provided are accurate.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

All transactions are subject to verification. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India to all serviceable pincodes via our logistics partner, Shiprocket, and their courier network. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Velixco is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Recipient unavailability at the delivery address
